Principal & COO
Aaron began working as a newspaper boy at the age of 11. During high school, he discovered his love of cooking and decided to obtain a culinary degree. Throughout the next 20 years, Aaron served as Executive Chef and Sous Chef for country clubs and bistros. He managed large teams, budgets, inventories, and catering operations.
With some persuasion, Aaron left his culinary jobs behind to help Mary run their business. He manages Ravela’s operations, including finance, marketing, social media, and all the day-to-day goings on. His sense of humor and general laidback demeanor helps set the tone and culture of Ravela Insights.
Aaron has a culinary degree from Johnson & Wales University in Charleston, SC. In his free time, Aaron likes to golf, root for the Seattle Sounders, and whisk Mary away in their RV.
